Wow. Sleep. You NEED sleep. Without it you will not perform well, at anything.
In my previous post I talked about imposter syndrome. I’m having a bout of it now. I am also not sleeping particularly well at the moment. It’s only been a few days – not weeks or anything – but I can immediately see its effects.
It’s time to practice some sleep health. I’m 40. My learning and memory abilities are declining, along with sleep getting worse.
I’ve spent the weekend learning Svelte JS. I’ve watched some videos and I’ve done some coding. Without effective sleep – will I remember it as well as I could have?
What about my immune system, according to the talk, it takes a hit due to lack of sleep.
